Sabrina Thompson
Sabrina Thompson is our founder, client care manager, and Registered Massage Therapist .
Her motto is to provide exceptional care for her clients, both on and off the table. Utilizing her degree in biology, as well as a variety of techniques and modalities she tailors each treatment individually, whether you are looking for injury rehab, chronic pain relief, or just pure relaxation. She also takes great care to educate her clients on ways they can help improve outcomes in between treatments with stretches and strengthening.

Katrina graduated from Mohawk College with honours in 2017. Her main treatment focuses are on stress reduction, sports injuries, and pre/post natal massage.

As an avid volunteer with the Guelph Jazz and Hillside Festivals she looks forward to connecting with more of the Guelph community through her treatments!

Cheyenne Cartwright (she/her) is a graduate of Anderson College, by way of CCMH and Westervelt, and an import from Dallas, Texas. A self described 'physiology nerd', she is an eager student of the latest research in evidence based practice. Whether you're looking for a relaxing or deep tissue massage, she is committed to strengthening your circle of care with a broad and growing list of modalities!

Lisa Silverstein
Lisa is passionate about helping people find ease in both body and mind. A recent graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, she also brings decades of experience as a yoga instructor and teacher trainer to her work.
She is adept at identifying and shifting movement patterns that create tension in the physical, mental, and emotional bodies.
Her treatments are tailored to meet each person’s needs and goals, using a variety of techniques, including Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, fascial work, muscular energy techniques, passive stretching, and remedial exercise.
Lisa offers therapeutic massage in a safe, comfortable environment, where she listens to both verbal and non-verbal cues. Her approach fosters relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.

Elizabeth Manning
Elizabeth is a graduate of Humber College in the Spring of 2022, where she earned honors and received the highest overall cumulative GPA in her program. These accomplishments reflect her hard work and dedication to the massage therapy profession.
Elizabeth will gain a thorough understanding of your concerns, perform assessments where needed and provide each patient with a treatment plan incorporating each individual’s unique goals, keeping her patients informed through every step. Providing hands-on manipulation of soft tissues and joints in order to develop, maintain, rehabilitate, reduce pain or increase physical function.
Elizabeth has experience aiding in the treatment of symptoms associated with headaches + migraines, TMJD, post-sporting event recovery, and acute pain . If your goal is to relax, she’s got you covered there too, helping the mind and body. She most recently participated in a workshop focusing on treatment of the head, neck and face.

Emily De Silva
Emily is a positive and energetic massage therapist with a passion for healing the human body. As a competitive athlete, she spent years playing sports that tested her body and compelled her to want to be her best. While participating in basketball, volleyball, track & field, as well as downhill skiing, she required treatment on numerous occasions. Fortunately, Emily benefited from time spent with knowledgeable manual practitioners in rehabilitation and injury prevention. During this time, she took a keen interest in the human body and anatomy, ultimately deciding to pursue a career that would allow her to help others both physically and mentally.
Emily’s patient-focused treatment style incorporates general Swedish massage techniques with deep trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, cupping, and joint mobilizations. She has a special interest in sports and exercise-related injuries as well as chronic neck tension and headaches.
Emily always strives to set high standards for herself, whether it is through CrossFit, high-intensity exercise, or yoga. She is an avid reader and is continually researching and learning about topics on self-care and injury rehabilitation. Her knowledge of these areas, combined with her qualifications as a registered massage therapist enable her to incorporate techniques such as breathing, stretching, and muscle strengthening into her integrated approach to client care. When not at work, you’ll find her at a group exercise class, curled up with a good book or enjoying time with her family.

Dr. Mackenzie Bernhardt ND
Dr. Mackenzie was born and raised in the lovely community of Guelph! A Bachelor’s in Nutritional and Nutraceutical sciences at the University of Guelph led her down the Naturopathic medical route which has changed her perspective on health and wellness in her own life. During her fourth year clinical year, she had the opportunity to learn from a renowned ND in Honolulu Hawaii whose focus in sport’s medicine and hormonal health sparked her own interest in these areas. Dr. Mackenzie is trained to treat a range of health concerns, but has a clinical focus in hormonal health (irregular periods, PCOS, PMS, burnout/fatigue), pediatric care, and acute pain/injuries.
She has always been interested in evidence-based medicine and working in a team-based setting. She highly values open conversation and ensuring you feel comfortable speaking about any health concerns or goals. Dr. Mackenzie prides herself on you understanding the why and how of the treatment plan made specifically for you. She strives for balance and moderation in her own life, while working hard to reach a healthy state of being.

Victoria (she/her) is a registered social worker providing psychotherapy and counselling to adults both in person and virtually. Victoria is passionate about supporting people in healing from body shame, trauma, and intimate partner violence. She values compassion, connection & attunement in this work.
Victoria believes that we are all worthy of love and respect just as we are, body and mind. She also recognizes that our self-worth can be disrupted by trauma and what we are told we “should” be. Victoria sees her role as supporting you in developing trust in your own wisdom, values and body, building on coping skills and unpacking the impact of injustice. Victoria offers complimentary 20 minute consultations.
