Sabrina Thompson
Sabrina Thompson is our founder, client care manager, and Registered Massage Therapist .
Her motto is to provide exceptional care for her clients, both on and off the table. Utilizing her degree in biology, as well as a variety of techniques and modalities she tailors each treatment individually, whether you are looking for injury rehab, chronic pain relief, or just pure relaxation. She also takes great care to educate her clients on ways they can help improve outcomes in between treatments with stretches and strengthening.

Katrina Zantage RMT
Katrina graduated from Mohawk College with honours in 2017. Her main treatment focuses are on stress reduction, sports injuries, and pre/post natal massage.

As an avid volunteer with the Guelph Jazz and Hillside Festivals she looks forward to connecting with more of the Guelph community through her treatments!

Introducing Ian, a skilled and intuitive registered massage therapist specializing in Swedish massage, Thai massage, myofascial treatment, scar tissue therapy and deep tissue techniques.

Katie Donald
Katie has recently emigrated from the UK where she owned her own booming salon since 2013.

Katie prides herself on the quality of treatments and offers a personal, friendly service to clients without compromise.

Katie is a waxing specialist trained by "The Wax Queen" Kim Lawless in London, UK. She also offers professional gel manicures and pedicures, lash and brow tinting, premium facials and Swedish massage.

Some of Katie's interests are spending time with her family & friends, dog walks with her English cocker spaniel Tala, as well as yoga and strength training at her local gym.
Registered Dieititan
Molly Roberts RD
Molly is a mom, partner and Registered Dietitian specializing in healthy relationships with food and your body. With over 25 years of experience in nutrition counseling and group programs Molly offers weight inclusive care to people seeking to make peace with food and their body. Her new community practice allows her to incorporate a variety of strategies and meet people where they are on their journey to body acceptance.
Molly is a University of Guelph graduate who received her Registered Dietitian training at the University of Alberta’s Comprehensive Dietetic Internship program. She is currently obtaining her Intuitive Eating Counsellor certification and pursuing further eating disorder training for dietitians.
Molly is a passionate advocate for food justice and works and volunteers to ensure everyone in Guelph has food security.
Reflexologist/Indian Head Massage
Kathy Jerrard
Navigating a breast cancer diagnosis in September 2019 and the subsequent journey through treatments in 2020 compelled Kathy to seek a profound change in life's direction, leading her to become a Reflexologist in 2022.

Her commitment to excellence is supported by her achievement of RCRT™ (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist) certification granted by the respected Reflexology Association of Canada. This vital certification not only empowers clients to seek reimbursement through their benefits package if it covers these therapeutic services but also attests to my adherence to an exacting standard of competency. Her professional conduct adheres to the RAC Code of Conduct and Ethics, fortified by a dedicated pursuit of ongoing learning and personal growth.

In addition to Reflexology, she holds a certificate in Indian Head Massage and is actively working towards fulfilling the requirements for Hot Stone Reflexology.

Manual Osteopath
Victoria Woolridge
Victoria was born and raised in Central Newfoundland. She has always had a passion for health, wellness, and sport. This passion lead her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, which she completed in 2014 along with a Psychology minor and certificate in criminology.
After completing her undergraduate studies, Victoria worked as the lead kinesiologist within a multidisciplinary clinic where she offered a variety of preventative and rehabilitative programs to private, motor vehicle accident, and workers compensation clients. She also has over 5 years experience in biomechanics, ergonomics, and functional abilities testing.
Victoria recently completed the DOMP program through National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto and is excited to offer Manual Osteopathy. She believes that in order to achieve optimal health, the root causes of dysfunction must be addressed.
Registered Psychotherapist
Taylor Geim
Taylor Geim is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Taylor received an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Child and Family Studies from the University of Guelph. She continued her studies at Yorkville University, where she completed a Masters in Counselling Psychology.
Taylor has therapeutic experience working in addictions, post-secondary student wellness, and social service settings. Taylor works with the adolescent and adult population (16+). Her areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, self-worth, self-harm and suicidal feelings, and grief and loss.
In her practice, Taylor is influenced by a client-centred, trauma-informed approach. To support her practice, she draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Taylor’s commitment is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space to enhance mental health and well-being. She prides herself in leading therapeutic session with the upmost integrity and ethical competence. Taylor’s goal is to help clients achieve goals, resolve challenges, and live healthier lives.

Dr. Kaitlyn Zorn
Dr. Kaitlyn Zorn is our Naturopath! After receiving an undergraduate degree in Nutritional and Nutraceutical science from the University of Guelph she knew she wanted to practice in her hometown of Guelph.
Utilizing a combination of clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements, acupuncture and lifestyle counselling she strives to treat you from the inside out. She strives to educate and empower her clients and has special interests in mental health, digestion, chronic pain, headaches and hormonal imbalances.
Dr. Kaitlyn offers 15 minute complimentary meet & greets for those wishing to explore naturopathy without the full appointment commitment.

Victoria Dorey
Victoria (she/her) is a registered social worker providing psychotherapy and counselling to adults both in person and virtually. Victoria is passionate about supporting people in healing from body shame, trauma, and intimate partner violence. She values compassion, connection & attunement in this work.
Victoria believes that we are all worthy of love and respect just as we are, body and mind. She also recognizes that our self-worth can be disrupted by trauma and what we are told we “should” be. Victoria sees her role as supporting you in developing trust in your own wisdom, values and body, building on coping skills and unpacking the impact of injustice. Victoria offers complimentary 20 minute consultations.
Certified Reiki Practitioner/Life Coach
Marissa Yovanovski
Marisa is a double-certified intuitive Reiki Practitioner / Energy Worker. She has attained a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree from University of Guelph majoring in Psychology with minors in Neuroscience and Family & Child Studies. Marisa enjoys blending spirituality and practicality in her clients’ sessions to support their mind, body, soul connection and discover a greater sense of balance, awareness, and understanding of Self.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique where the Practitioner channels universal life force energy (also known as Ki) that is transferred through the Practitioner’s hands to the patient using gentle physical touch, to promote stress relief and healing on many levels, as well as release stagnant or blocked energy in the chakras & aura.
